These fifteen eco-friendly Canadian clothing brands care about their environmental impact AND about creating ethically-produced, high-quality fashion for all.

Oh, fast fashion, are you ever going to go away? Every time I start thinking the fashion industry is really going to change, I learn about some new unsustainable trend like “ultra fast fashion.” Yup. It’s a thing. And it sucks.

But the antidote is to keep on fighting the good fight. Meaning don’t buy too much, buy secondhand when you can, and avoid fast fashion by supporting ethical and eco-conscious fashion brands if you’re able.

I’m so grateful for all the American and international friends who visit Of Houses and Trees on a regular basis. But if you’ve been following me for awhile you know that I am Canadian. And proud of it.

Below you’ll find everything from underwear, to bathing suits, to dresses, to all other kinds of clothing made in Canada. (All of these brands ship internationally too!) The first ten brands on the list primarily sell clothing for adults, while the last five are dedicated to the kiddos. Got to wrap those future treehuggers in an eco-conscious wardrobe!

Note that this post may contain affiliate links, meaning if you click on a link and make a purchase a small percentage of the sale goes to yours truly. Please know that I strive to only feature eco-conscious products and brands.

They’re like a sustainable clothing brand for other sustainable clothing brands. Awesome, right?

These 15 Canadian clothing brands are just the tip of the iceberg! Use this list as a jumping off point to discover more sustainable clothing made in Canada. But don’t be surprised if you all down a rabbit hole. A bamboo and organic cotton lined rabbit hole… have fun!
